Castlehaven Community Association

The Castlehaven Community Association’s Help Elderly Local People Scheme (CCA HELPS) provides activities for older people over 50 who live in Camden. CCA HELPS’ aim is to tackle loneliness, improve mental and physical dexterity, address poverty and isolation experienced by local older people.

What makes the HELPS project unique is it’s holistic approach, focusing on the individual rather then the problem, delivered by an enthusiastic staff with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, promoting all aspects of healthy living to counter the negative mental and physical effects of ageing.
