We Tell Stories, Los Angeles' iconic children's storytelling theatre company, has been providing arts education programs to schools and venues throughout Southern California since 1981.

We Tell Stories is a multi-ethnic group of artists that educates, nurtures, and strengthens communities by reconnecting young audiences with the ancient powers of storytelling and theatre. Our goals are to inspire creativity, enhance literacy, cultivate intercultural awareness, and spark a love for theatre and the spoken word.

We Tell Stories takes classic myths, legends, fairy tales, and literature and adapts them to elucidate values of compassion, humor, and responsibility.
