WECO partners with grassroots organizations that mobilize marginalized women by enhancing educational and employment opportunities. Our mission, duty, and purpose is to build a network of local grassroots leaders who collaborate on community-led projects, and provide support for growing, sustaining, and developing initiatives focused on empowering women and girls.
