Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc

Serve two meals a day, a hot dinner and a sack supper to the homebound, five days a week except holidays. This volunteer intense program has been serving the communities of Long Beach and Signal Hill since 1971 and now boasts four delivery sites from which to volunteer. The menu is put together by a team of registered dieticians and is a six week cycle. No special diet meals except light diabetic.
