    St. Luke’s mission is to transform lives and build community. St. Luke’s is a spiritual and community hub located on the border of Oakville and Burlington. We provide programs for adults, seniors, newcomers to Canada, and people living with mental or physical illnesses in Burlington, Oakville and all of Halton. Together with more than 25 partners, we work to offer programs for a healthy, vital and connected community. Such programs include Support and Housing Halton (TEACH), Mind Forward, Food for Life, Alzheimer Society, Indus, March Break & PA Day Camps, Community Dinners, The Halton Interfaith Peace Camp, and more.
