KAVOD SENIOR LIFE

Kavod Senior Life is a nonsectarian, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving older adults with housing and services. We provide high-quality apartments for Independent and Assisted Living (subsidized and market-rate) along outreach activities in the Denver community.

Located in the heart of Denver in upscale Cherry Creek, Kavod is the 7th largest senior housing entity in Denver, as rated by the Denver Business Journal, and is in walkable distance to shops, restaurants and services.

Kavod has 396 apartments for lease; 370 are Independent Living and 26 are Assisted Living. Unlike other properties, Kavod’s Assisted Living stands out for its affordable rates, Medicaid spenddown and basic pricing under $50K.. Residents must by 62 years of age.

On-campus amenities include a comprehensive Health & Wellness Center, chaplain services, a full activities calendar with over 50 activities /month, free wi-fi, computer lab, four staff Care Coordinators (social workers) and nutritious dining services. On-site health offerings include a geriatric medical clinic physical therapy, mental health, dental and other services.
