The mission of The University of Texas School of Public Health (UTSPH) is to improve and sustain the health of people by providing the highest quality graduate education, research and community service for Texas, the nation, and the world; to provide quality graduate education in the basic disciplines and practices of public health; to extend the evidence base within those disciplines; and to assist public health practitioners, locally, nationally, and internationally, in solving public health problems.
