CommonHealth ACTION

CommonHealth ACTION aligns people, resources, and strategies to generate solutions that address health and policy challenges. We envision an America where all people have equitable opportunities and neighborhood conditions to achieve their best possible health. As a national public health organization, we focus our resources and expertise in three program areas: health equity training and education, community-in-health programming, and the development of multi-sector strategies. Our staff collectively has worked in 43 states and more than 100 communities. We have extensive experience working with local and national leaders from public health and other sectors; community representatives and organizations; government agencies; and coalitions to develop strategic plans, policies, and programs that improve health and advance equity for under-resourced people and communities.
