Catherine Rose Foundation

The Catherine Rose Foundation is a newly forming 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities in Texas by providing educational, agricultural, and wellness programs for Veterans, Youth, and Families — funded through sustainable viticulture.

The Catherine Rose Foundation is rooted — literally — in 20 acres of East Texas soil in Douglas, Nacogdoches County. We are a pioneering nonprofit that operates a unique sustainability model: our vineyard produces wine sold through our social enterprise partner, Vines & Verses Hospitality LLC, whose profits fund 100% of our charitable programs. Every bottle poured, every event held, and every farm stay booked directly fuels life-changing community impact.

We believe in building from the ground up — supporting veterans through the soil, educating youth through agriculture, nourishing families through nutrition, and ensuring no neighbor goes hungry. East Texas is our home, and our community is our mission.
