Hutsell PTA

Hutsell Elementary is a non-profit PTA that advocates for Zelma Hutsell Elementary School, a Title I school in Katy ISD. Our mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

Since we are a Title I school, which basically means that a majority of our families are low income and our school is government aided. We are ALWAYS in need of volunteers as alot of our families struggle and have to work to put food on the table. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
