Housing and Services, Inc. is a not-for-profit that has been serving special need populations for over 25+ years. Our mission is to end the cycle of homelessness permanently by providing safe, nurturing, and empowering environments with high quality on-site services aimed at the root causes that culminated in displacement originally.

HSI serves a diverse population including formerly homeless men and women, the elderly and medically frail, people struggling with chemical dependency, PWA’s, those living with mental illness, and many with co-occurring diagnosis. HSI has a social service team of 25 full time staff, daily socialization programming, entitlement support staff, 24-hour front desk, on-site psychiatric services, and more.

HSI's programs are fast paced, and requires an energetic focused multi-tasker. Social Worker's provide comprehensive case management services to their caseload including: coordination of care, individual counseling, advocacy, engagement/outreach, medical compliance monitoring and referral, service plans, regular home and office visits, and quality documentation in AWARDS (HMIS database) of the same. Social Worker's will facilitate and co-facilitate therapeutic groups. Each deparment contributes to a program culture that is person-centered, holistic, and committed to continuous improvement. All HSI programs adhere to a housing first approach and harm reduction model.
