Siberian Bridges, Inc. is a charitable, fund-raising organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota that acts assure contact and cooperation between the people of Zabaikalye, Russia, and the people of the upper Midwest United States. Zabaikalye is "beyond Lake Baikal", ie. the region just east of Lake Baikal comprised mainly of Zabaikalsky Kray which includes the former Chita Oblast and the Aginsk Buryat Autonomous District.
