Indian American Impact is looking to expand our team so we can recruit excellent candidates for public office, mobilize key voters in battleground states, and continue to lift our community’s voice nationwide. We are hiring roles in finance & operations, fundraising, political, and executive assistance. 

Impact a national organization that elevates the voices of Indian Americans, South Asians, and historically excluded communities to ensure that government reflects the diversity and values of the people it serves. 

South Asians Americans are among the most underrepresented demographic in public office. Since Impact was founded in 2016, the number of South Asian elected officials has tripled at the state level, and quadrupled at the federal level. As a result, we’ve built the political power to advocate for policy issues that matter most to our communities.
