For almost 50 years, La Familia Medical Center has been keeping our community healthy. The largest primary care practice in Santa Fe and open to everyone, LFMC offers a broad scope of medical, dental, behavioral health, and support services. A Federally Qualified Health Center, La Familia Medical Center is also the safety net for those in our community without options and resources for primary health care. Last year, our compassionate, highly-skilled and dedicated staff served more than 16,000 individuals, from ages 0-100+, in 70,000 visits!
