Our Mission: Friends of Civic Arts Education Foundation is an independent, non=profit 501(c)3 organization that advocates and funds community arts learning experiences for people of all ages in the Walnut Creek Civic Arts Education program. The Foundation provides financial support for low-income scholarships, quality programming and supplies, equipment and facilities in all arts disciplines.
Our Vision: The Friends of Civic Arts Education strongly believes that arts learning is essential to human development and our community's quality of life. Through public and private partnerships, we are committed to creating an environment that promotes a diversity of culture, thought and artistic expression.
