Sobre Nós

The mission of the Cyrus E. Dallin Art Museum is to advance the legacy of Cyrus Dallin by collecting, preserving, and exhibiting items related to the artist’s life and work, and by serving as a vital educational resource for the community of Arlington and beyond.

The Cyrus E. Dallin Art Museum is the only museum dedicated solely to the life and work of this important 19th and 20th century American sculptor, who lived and worked in Arlington, Massachusetts for over forty years. Cyrus Dallin is responsible for some of America’s most iconic sculptures, including Boston’s Appeal to the Great Spirit and Paul Revere, and his work brings beauty and a sense of history to public spaces in cities throughout the nation.

The Dallin Museum was founded by the Town of Arlington in 1998. It is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Trustees and staffed entirely by committed volunteers.
