The Washington Project for the Arts (WPA) is a non-profit membership organization whose mission is to promote excellence in contemporary art throughout the greater D.C. metropolitan region. Since its inception more than 30 years ago, WPA has showcased the works of thousands of artists and has touched hundred of thousands of visitors and viewers with their programs and projects.
