Support Navigation: Helps participants access services, resources, and programs (such as mentoring, education, housing, or career training).

Motivation & Accountability: Keeps individuals engaged and motivated to reach personal goals through encouragement, check-ins, and support.

Data Collection: Tracks outcomes and progress to show the impact of the work.

Event & Program Coordination: Organizes workshops, meetings, or community events that educate, uplift, or involve people.

Advocacy: Serves as a voice for the community’s needs within the organization or to partners.

We have the #1 youth based 501c3 in ga and we have impacted over 1,000 families over the last 30 plus years.
