Missão
Empowerment 4 Girls exists to provide all girls and non-binary youth ages 10-15 with the tools, life skills, and support network to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in their adolescence and throughout their lives.
Sobre Nós
Empowerment 4 Girls programs fill a gap in social support and affirming spaces for girls and non-binary youth at a critical life phase when they are forming identities and learning to cope with numerous stressors that put them at risk for depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation.
Our social-emotional and sex education programs are trauma-informed, guided by WA Education Standards , and align with expert-recommended strategies to support the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of youth as they navigate the journey from adolescence to adulthood.
