FXB is an international development organization that works to create a world where everyone has a chance not just to survive but to thrive. FXB’s mission is to provide the poorest of the poor families with the tools and support they need to become self-sufficient and give their children a better future. FXB USA serves as an innovation hub within FXB International, implementing new initiatives addressing the nexus between climate change and poverty alleviation. FXB unites practice, policy and advocacy to sustainably lift communities out of extreme poverty, creating a world where children have the chance not just to survive but to thrive.

The FXB Climate Advocates
In the FXB Climate Advocates program, participants learn about the causes and impacts of climate change from renowned climate experts, explore a wide range of climate solutions, and identify environmental sustainability and climate advocacy opportunities in their communities. Through the program, youth gain exposure to the power of their advocacy, the critical role they play in their communities as agents of change, and how their behaviors can make a significant impact on environmental sustainability and climate change.
