Teach For Austria: Idealism as a Career Path!

Teach For Austria creates educational opportunities for socio-economically disadvantaged students in Austria. The education initiative recruits outstanding graduates from various disciplines to work for two years as high- achieving teachers. Fellows will have a direct impact on the lives of many disadvantaged students and complete an intensive Leadership Development Program at the same time. In the short run this commitment will lead to better performance in the classroom and increased life chances of many students. In the long run former Fellows will become “Education Ambassadors” and leaders who will change Austria by working towards achieving educational and social equity. We are part of the international network Teach For All.
