Simon's Heart

Our organization began in 2005, following the sudden and unexpected death of a seemingly healthy three-month old boy. Simon’s Heart began by offering one youth heart screening per year. Since 2012, the organization has created a multi-dimensional approach to educating about and preventing sudden cardiac arrest and death in children, teens and young adults, which includes multiple annual screenings, a research initiative, AED donations, a hands-only CPR engagement, passing legislation and strategic partnerships with national organizations and collegiate and professional sports teams.
