In November 2008, Korean National Commission for UNESCO opened a unique educational facility called the Global Peace Village in cooperation with Icheon City. We aim to teach peace, sustainable development and cultural diversity in English, enhancing young learners’ global and multi-cultural understanding through variety of activities and classes at the same time. As a part of the Korea UNESCO Peace Center in Icheon, the Village is located in a beautiful countryside, only an hour's drive away from Seoul. We welcome you to our Global Peace Village and hope you take this great opportunity to make a difference in the world.
