1990 to provide residential, vocational, and habilitative services to
developmentally disabled and dual diagnosed adults in Northern
Westchester County.CLC currently operates 39 distinct residential sites serving
approximately 150 adults. Each site is separately licensed and
regulated by the New York State Office of People with Developmental
