Health Quality Partners aims to improve health outcomes among the safety net population by implementing progressive and collaborative programs for community health centers and other safety net partners. We are a trusted partner with a successful track record in securing grants and administering funded programs aimed at improving access to care, quality health outcomes, and operational efficiencies.

Our partnership with funders helps them achieve their philanthropic mission by reaching the underserved community with critical programs designed to proactively and efficiently address an array of health care needs including disease management, oral health, breast health, behavioral health, diagnostic services, and more.

A nonprofit subsidiary of Health Center Partners, Health Quality Partners (HQP) helps improve health outcomes by implementing progressive and collaborative programs to support community health centers in caring for the safety-net population. Health Quality Partners' staff implement programs through the successful administration of grant-funded programs. Health Quality Partners' programs improve access to care, health outcomes and operational efficiencies.
