HIGH POINT TREATMENT CENTER’S MISSION: is to prevent and treat chemical dependency and provide therapeutic services for mental health issues. Our goal is to help an individual achieve personal change and accept responsibility toward an improved quality of life. THE NEW BEDFORD COUNCIL ON ADDICTION (NeBCOA, Inc.) MISSION: is dedicated to the provision of residential and continuing care for those who having problems with substance abuse through programs that encourage clean and sober living and healthy choices. NeBCOA, Inc also advocates for and provides substance abuse education and prevention programs in the community. THE SOUTH SHORE WOMEN’S RESOURCE CENTER MISSION: is to seek the end of abuse and violence against women, children and families. We work to further a community culture that provides safety and support to those affected by domestic violence, to empower women and children to lead lives free of domestic violence and advocate for social change through activism, and education and leadership in our community.
