The Oregon Patient Safety Commission (OPSC) seeks to advance, support, and encourage patient safety in Oregon. By working to reduce the risk of patient harm and encourage a culture of patient safety through education, shared learning, and improved transparency, we are furthering our vision of safe healthcare for all Oregonians.
