Who We Are. LexNoir is an international network of lawyers and affiliated professionals and a tool to connect the African Diaspora. We use the latest Web-based technology to enhance business generation among our members and the professional development of our members. Currently, we have National Representatives in the United States; the United Kingdom; South Africa; Nigeria; Ghana; Japan; Botswana; Ethiopia and Canada. Our National Representatives and Regional Representatives work to expand the network within their own particular country and to facilitate business referrals throughout the LexNoir network.
