Montee & Montee Inc., has a mission of leading the way in providing comprehensive services. To promote skills for self-reliance for individuals with developmental disabilities, and enhance the quality of lives for people with disabilities,

 A vision of serving people with developmental disabilities, and their families by developing, providing innovative services, advocacy, support in a culture of dignity and respect, making a positive difference in every life we touch, promoting such individual rights.

 A goals of make sure that individuals with disabilities should have the opportunity to live like people without disabilities, that individual with developmental disabilities should have the opportunity to be employed, have a place to call home, and be engaged in the community with family and friends, that individuals with disabilities disability should have control over their own day, including which job or educational or leisure activities they pursue, that individuals with disabilities should have control over where and how they live, including the opportunity to live in their own apartment or home, that individual with developmental disabilities living situations that require conformity to a collective schedule or that restrict personal activities limit the right to choose.
