The Futures for Young Parents Program is a part of the Just A Start Corporation in Somerville, MA. We provide education, counseling, and placement services to teen parents ages 15-21. Our goal is to help each of our students receive their GED and either enter job skills training, go to college, or get a full time job. Eligible students must be receiving Transitional Aid for Families with Dependent Children at the time of enrollment.
Since 1988, we have successfully provided our academic, life skills, and pre-employment services to over 550 students.
