Guardian ad Litem-Davidson and Davie Counties

Guardians ad Litem serve as the "voice" for abused and neglected children who are in the custody of Social Services. We are advocates for a child's best interest in the court system. As a Guardian ad Litem, you conduct an independent investigation (focusing on all parties associated with the child) and then advocate for the child's needs and wishes in court. Our goal is a safe, permanent home for every child in a timely manner.
