Love in Action DC

Love in Action DC makes it easy for people to volunteer across DC. We offer weekly opportunities that help people serve others and live out their faith through action.

Love in Action DC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that connects volunteers with ways to serve people in need across the city.

We host volunteer events every Saturday that are as simple as signing up and showing up.

Events include:

• Outreach Walks
• Serving Meals
• Working in Community Gardens
• Writing Encouragement Cards
• Playing Sports with Children with Disabilities
• Helping Elderly DC Residents
• Cleaning Homeless Shelters

Since starting in September 2024, over 500 people have volunteered with us, and new volunteers join every week. We partner with 15+ local nonprofits to help meet needs across DC.
