Enhabit (formerly Clean Energy Works), a non-profit based in Portland, is the Northwest’s largest implementer of deep home retrofits working with utilities, cities and other partners. Enhabit’s mission is to advance community resilience through reduced use of fossil fuels, improved resistance to natural disaster, healthier homes and good, equitable jobs.
