Our history is rooted in courage, hope, and innovation, as we faced the HIV/AIDS crisis with determination. This legacy shapes who we are today, providing comprehensive care that focuses on physical, social, and emotional well-being. We uphold these values while expanding our services to the broader community. We now offer primary and specialty medical care at 259 Monroe Avenue and 170 Science Parkway, home to Trillium Health Pediatrics and Gynecology. Additional services include lab work, on-site pharmacies, insurance assistance, food, housing, transportation support, behavioral wellness, and harm reduction. We specialize in addressing complex needs and removing barriers to healthcare, meeting individuals where they are. Through testing, education, outreach, and prevention, we extend our impact into the community to promote overall health.
