Arc Community Trust of PA

The Arc Community Trust of Pennsylvania (“ACT”) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing future planning services to improve the quality of life of individuals with disabilities. ACT serves as a Corporate Trustee for several types of Trusts benefiting individuals with disabilities, including Special Needs Trusts, Education Trusts and a Pooled Supplemental Needs Trust. ACT manages funds in the Trusts and administers the Trusts for the benefit of their beneficiaries in accordance with the terms of the Trusts.
