Founded in 1967, the Consortium, Inc., is a non-profit Community Mental Health Center. Our focus is directed to serving our neighbors in West and Southwest Philadelphia as well as communities throughout the City. The Consortium, Inc., offers behavioral health services and programs that identify and address the needs for those residents.
