Child Development Resources, Inc. (CDR) is a 501 c3 public charity that provides services to young children and families and training and technical assistance for the professionals who serve them.

CDR provides services to young children who have disabilities or delays in their development or who are at risk because of poverty or family circumstances. We also provide quality child care.
