Compassion & Choices of Oregon provides support, education and advocacy needed by persons with a terminal illness to face the end of life with courage and grace and to achieve a humane and peaceful death.

We offer education and support for all end of life options. These include intensive pain management, comfort care, hospice care and legal aid-in-dying.

Our services are managed within strict guidelines and safeguards and in accordance with the provisions of Oregon law.
