Our hospice provides care where the patient lives. We are in Nursing Facilities, Senior Facilities, group homes and private homes. Many patients do not want to live in a facility, some do not have the means to afford them, or the desire to move, so we are able to provide the same level of companionship with where they live and meet their needs as requested.
