Missão
Providing companionship and socialization to our patients in this last season of their lives. Providing dignity that helps with life review, playing games, working puzzles, reading to them. Being present for the patient, as they might not have someone to visit with them.
Sobre Nós
Our hospice provides care where the patient lives. We are in Nursing Facilities, Senior Facilities, group homes and private homes. Many patients do not want to live in a facility, some do not have the means to afford them, or the desire to move, so we are able to provide the same level of companionship with where they live and meet their needs as requested.
