Dominican Republic Medical Partnership

The mission of the Dominican Republic Medical Partnership is to share medical resources and skills in a way that assists and supports the people living in the bateyes and barrios in and around the city of La Romana, Dominican Republic in meeting the challenges of their lives and communities. We do this by sending 4 medical teams and one youth/construction team per year and by supporting our partner hospital's community health worker program in the areas of malnutrition prevention, women's health, sanitation and continuing education.
