- We educate inmates on the virtues: Wisdom, Courage, Self-control, and Justice. When applied to their lives, it results in good character and integrity.
- We connect inmates to Life Mentors and Employment Partners to build the trust necessary for successful employment.
- Once released from prison, we continue to actively support our participants, their mentors, and employers.
