South Florida Institute on Aging

The South Florida Institute on Aging (SoFIA) is a “Think & Act” Tank with over 50 years of community-based service, established in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Through its programmatic work focused on caregiving and respite, civic engagement, and economic security, coupled with a cutting-edge policy and research division, SoFIA strives to tackle the toughest social and economic issues and launch research, develop policy, and recommend programming to support South Florida’s aging community.
