Our mission is to help under-served people increase income and build assets through self-employment. We offer training and support to entrepreneurs to develop the skills needed to start and grow their own businesses and create jobs. MERIT provides business education, coaching, and assistance with access to markets and capital. Our service area is the central Willamette Valley in Oregon. MERIT is a member of the National Association of Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB) and the Non-Profit Association of Oregon (NAO).
