Who we are?

Founded in 2014, YES Nigeria is a programme dedicated to improving lives of Nigeria’s youth by expanding employment and economic opportunities through program and policy innovation.

As Nigeria’s leading champion for youth employment, we work with governments, businesses, and community groups to develop and promote policies, programs and resources that transform lives and foster the prosperity of young Nigerians.

Our aim is to ensure that Nigeria’s youth have access to the skills, information, education, services, products and advice they need to get into gainful employment, build their economic and financial well being.

Committed to helping unemployed youth improve their chances of securing sustainable employment, many of whom face considerable challenges within a tough job market, YES Nigeria has combined technology with recruitment expertise to reinvent the entire process. We are passionate about helping you send winning applications and teaching you how to perform at your best in an interview situation. We believe in giving you added tools to help your application have cut-through when placed in front of a hiring manager.

YES Nigeria is an initiative of Ibile Foundation Ltd/GTE. A national non-government organisation. The initiative is Managed by Accurate Human Resources Solutions (AccurateHRS).
