Providing art-based activities & events, offering educational opportunities & youth mentoring, and supporting partnerships among arts organizations, the ACF is nurturing an environment in which artists can create, market, network & thrive.Our Vision is to advance the creative spirit & diversity of historic downtown Middletown through accessibility to & community engagement in the arts.
