Sobre Nós
The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. The Foundation was founded in 1967 by Irwin M. and Suzanne Rosenthal, William D. and Shelby Modell, and Henry D. Janowitz, M.D. Currently the Foundation has over 50,000 members, served by our national headquarters, as well as a over 40 chapters nationwide. As the Foundation is not a government-supported agency; we rely on the support of members and donors to continue our work. The Northwest Chapter supports the Foundation's mission in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.
