Connections to Success has taken an innovative approach to the life-scarring experiences of homelessness, welfare dependency, violence, incarceration and other tragic incidents. We provide a program of intervention, education, and training with the goal of ending the cycle of risk factors that trigger severe and lasting disadvantages by building, for the adult and his or her family, a better person. Through comprehensive, consistent life-long support we help participants overcome barriers to self-sufficiency and provide a customized plan to build a successful future.
