Missão
Yellow Arrow Publishing supports and inspires writers and artists identifying as women through publication and access to the literary arts. Women’s voices have historically been underrepresented in literature, and we aim to elevate those voices and stories through our programs and publications.
Creating diversity in the literary world is deeply important work. It is our belief that when we share our stories with each other, it creates a ripple effect of empathy, compassion, and understanding. We see creativity as an act of service, making this project not just about great literature, but about contributing to the collective voice in our community. It’s about saying, yes, we belong here, too.
Sobre Nós
Yellow Arrow Publishing is a Baltimore-based nonprofit focused on supporting and inspiring writers and artists identifying as women through access to publication and the literary arts. Our publications include our biannual literary journal of creative nonfiction, poetry, and cover art, Yellow Arrow Journal, which represents voices worldwide. We also publish several chapbooks each year and offer a panoply of workshops and other activities for both emerging and expert writers.
