University of Massachusetts Lowell - The New England Consortium

The New England Consortium at the University of Massachusetts Lowell is a worker health and safety training organization. We provide training to a wide range of individuals, firms, organizations and labor who are involved in the clean-up and remediation of hazardous waste sites, emergency reponse due to the accidental or deliberate release of hazardous materials, and ethose workers and volunteers working on emergency preparedness.
