Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City, Inc. is a not-for-profit citywide organization working to increase and protect investment in underserved neighborhoods, to help people help themselves through education, to encourage and support neighborhood self-reliance, and to create, preserve, and to promote affordable housing in New York City neighborhoods.
